| Diana is author of the groundbreaking 1992 book on jet lag titled Jet Smart. Diana says she was living on Maui at the time and spoke to nearly every Rotary Club in Hawaii. She credits Rotary for much of her success with the book. According to Diana, Hawaii Rotary Club meetings were peppered with jet-lagged Rotarian travelers who bought her books, then shared them back home. Diana moved to NYC several years ago to pursue a speaking career. She has recently designed several mixed-media presentations and will present an excerpt here featuring important tips on how to reduce the physical effects of frequent flying so you can be more productive in the air and on the ground. http://www.flyana.com |
