| Many of us remember the December 2009 sold-out “A Concert To End Polio” of polio survivor Itzhak Perelman and the New York Philharmonic at Avery Fisher Hall, the orchestra’s home base. Since its first concert in 1842, the Philharmonic has played a leading role in American musical life. Eric will share with us insights on what goes into running a world-class orchestra, coordinating international tours, Concerts in the Park, etc. |
