Our guest speaker will be Ms.Barbara Christian, an executive coach, trainer and organization development consultant. Since 2007, Barbara has worked in professional association with Robert J. Lee, the director of i-CoachNewYork, a premier executive coaching and coach training organization. Barbara holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. She earned an MS degree in Organizational Change Management from Milano the New School University and an MBA in International Management from Karl-Franzens University (Austria).
Coaching has been a buzz word for some years, promising increased performance and success. But what is really behind it? Barbara will help us understand what executive coaching is, how it works and what it can do.
