We are pleased to have Kim Saville, Deputy Director of The School of St. Jude in Arusha, Tanzania with us on Aug 27, 2008.
The School of St. Jude provides a high quality, free education to bright but extremely poor Tanzanian students. Students learn in English, and teachers participate in professional development. The school is supported by Rotarians and generous individuals from all over the world. Before the School of St. Jude opened in 2002, children in this area would either go
to one of the local Government schools, or if this was not possible, they would not be able to attend school at all.
